As
showed in "Stars and Cup Marks" there are no doubt that the Cup Marks
have something to do with stars.
But
when Cup Marks are showed in lines, then what can they represent? In my opinion
they then symbolize the white contours of the Milky Way!

The
first motive are form Sweden, Bohuslen County. It shows the typical figure of
the northern contours of the Milky Way both as a man with a centre figure and a
line of cupmarks also representing the white contours of the Milky Way.
Picture
2 show some lines of cupmarks representing the same figure as on the star map.
Beside to the right of the Cup Mark figure there are a wheel placed typically on
that position.
Picture
3 is a schematic drawing of the white Milky Way contours to show the most simple
way to picturing the Milky Way contours and the celestial centre point known as
the circumpolar centre.
When
you compare the 3 pictures to one and another the resemblance are indeed remarkable!
The
large Milky Way figure was of course very important as a symbol for our
ancestors as well as it is for us to day.

Picture
1 are from Denmark, Bornholm, Allinge. It shows a vaulted line of cupmarks which
very well could symbolize the contours of the Milky Way. Picture 2 are form
Sweden, Bohuslen, Stenbacken with some hundreds of cupmarks in a vaulted figure.
Picture
3 is from Rochester, America, also showing a vaulted figure on a big rock side with many other figures of
humans, gods and animals. In my opinion are these
pictures very clear examples of showing the Milky Way in the heaven.
